To apply for a scholarship you must fill in the Scholarship Application. There are two ways to submit the application. RCFF awards 10 $500.00 scholarships to students in private schools with tuition and 10 $250.00 scholarships to students in government on non-tuitions schools each year. A Committee established by the Foundation’s officers will review all Applications for approval for the James D Cassell Jr. Memorial Scholarship for one academic year. All payments for tuition will be made directly to the institution of learning.
A Committee established by the Foundation officers will review all Applications for approval for the James D Cassell Jr. Memorial Scholarship. All scholarship applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Verification of the need should be provided.
- Verification of the applicant's enrollment to the institution of
learning should be provided.
- All payments for tuition are to be made directly to the institution
of learning.
- In the case of books and other school expenses, a decision can be
made on how to make those funds available to the scholarship
recipient
